HomeTootie provides property management tools including lease generation, tenant management, and property tracking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription and Payment

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

The lease templates provided by HomeTootie are for informational purposes and convenience. They are not legal advice. You are responsible for:

• Consulting with a qualified attorney for legal matters

HomeTootie is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of generated leases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
